6.BILLING

Govt. Departments pay to contractors on behalf of work done in billing, so accurate & complete billing is necessary for hassle free payments. Billing is also important for claiming price hike over the period or extra work done by contractor, or any deviation occur in construction. 

Billing has 3 aspects:

(A) Measurement Book:

Measurement Books are the 1st step in billing. It records each & every details of work with all dimensions. Anyone can track progress of site by study that records, so it must be easy, proper & clear. We handle it for our clients for transparent recording, so they wouldn't forgot any item or quantity, which causes loss. 

(B) Price Escalation:

Price escalation is generally useful for long period work contract. It determines the price fluctuations during contract period. Avoiding it, is a serious cause of loss. We care about it.

(C) Variation/Deviation:

Deviation is a statement of extra work done by contractor in guidance of department engineer.
