4. SITE/WORK MANAGEMENT & TRACKING

Although site handling is Engineer & supervisor's work, but a contractor has to pay full attention on each & every site. There is correct amount of estimation required about supply of material, supply of labours, equipment & machinery etc. we track complete  record about work progress, timeline management, supplies, workflow, cost efficiency. 

Our this service has 3 parts:

(A) Site Inspection:

our professional team inspects client's sites time to time. It means to check work-conditions on site as work quality, work progress, supplies & need, workflow. If everything goes smooth, ultimately contractor gets reputation, profit and cost cuttings.

(B) Time/Deadline Management:

Every Contract has deadlines of construction work, but unfortunately it is most difficult thing to be on time with constructions. It need a perfect co-ordination of all work contractors, suppliers, labours and funds to beat that deadlines. we inform & make aware of the things in advance, so work goes smooth & well. We co-ordinate the entire process to make it possible, so contractor does not have to pay penalties for being late.

(C) Track Record Of Work Progress:

It is usual to arise disputes between department officials & contractor because of lack of evidence of work progress & work quality. we keep record on progress of Construction properly, so there is no chance to arise any dispute during billing & payment by department.
